Elcaine officialy Union of the Republic of Elcaine (French: Union de la République de Elcaine) is the soverign country in Eurtania, Aventia. It is the second-most populous country in Eurtania that just behind Mossia having approximately 102.5 million populations (including the overseas territory) and the most populous country in Eurtanian Union and the one of the largest francophone country in Aventia. Elcaine is one of the oldest country in Eurtania and its located between the Malgen Mountains and Middolanea seas to the south, and the Lutelsorg, [Netherlands], [??], Tardeaux, Wilmany & [Belgium] to the north; with area of 746,689 km2 square kilometres (81,976 sq mi). The capital & largest city is in Belleau and it's currently governed by François Loisarte as a president and Jaques Martineau as a prime-minister. Its official language is French and its have a regional languages such as Occitan, Basque, German, Esperanto, etc.
