Ethnic Television System (Kyantulese: Mintsou Telibishindhai or Mintsou Telibishin Tshidau), or known just ETS is a Kyantulese national public television network, being launched on April 21th, 1974 as Kyantulese Cultural Television (KCT, Kyantulese: Tindang Kyanhwa Telibishin) before renamed into the current name in 1981. It is the responsibility of ETS' television division and is available nationally. Headquartered in Chongtau, being owned by ETS Group.
