Sechtaiv Media is founded by Andreiy Sechtaiv in March 17, 1976.
1984-1993
on July 24, 1989, the conglomerate formed by 5 media companies bought Sechtaiv Media. the companies are CLT (now RTL Group), Canal+, Netravision, Mediaset and [??]. however, CLT won the competition and in the end, Sechtaiv Media was bought out by CLT.
